HERE ARE THE TERMS THAT GO ALONG WITH YOUR WEB HOSTING ACCOUNT. SIGNING UP FOR SERVICE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS.

THE SERVICE:
MAGSNET will provide you with web space and e-mail account space on one of our servers.

USE OF SEVICE:
You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not violate any state, province, federal or local law. MAGSNET may also place other restrictions on the use of the service for example you are forbidden from sending unsolicited emails (SPAM), or bulk emails, you are forbidden from unsolicited chat-room / usenet posting (SPAM).

You may not upload any content that is copyrighted, copy protected and accountable for any law suits. You cannot host any content that is pornographic in nature, hatred or violence

You may not use the service in any way that will cause an interruption of services to other users of our network or networks that are reachable by our network. You may not monopolize the resources available.

You must keep a working backup copy of everything you have on the server. MAGSNET may not be able to restore lost data from our server system and is NOT reasonable or responsible for any lost data.

The service may not be available at some times. MAGSNET is NOT reasonable for any unavailable times.

Refunds:
MAGSNET does not issue refunds for Heliumx and domain registration plans. All plans are non refundable and non-adjustable. Cancellation require 30 days prior notice otherwise, billing is due for the next billing cycle

Termination:
You may cancel your account at any time with 30 days notice.

Your website will be removed if you cancel your subscription without telling us.

We may cancel your account immediately if you fail to comply with all the terms of this agreement, terms posted on our web site or other terms that have been sent to you via e-mail. We may also cancel your account by giving you 1 day notice when we find your websites are not suitable for us to host by our sole discretion.
We have a ZERO tolerance for SPAM and any domain found spamming will be TERMINATED from our servers immediately. All cases are thoroughly investigated, and at first complaint of spam the account will be put on hold until further law action.

Payment:
Payments shall be made in CASH or via CHEQUE in favor of MAGSNET

Disclaimed Warranties:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MAGSNET EXERCISES NO CONTROL OVER, AND ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, THE CONTENT OF THE INFORMATION PASSING THROUGH MAGSNET HOST COMPUTERS, NETWORK HUBS AND POINTS OF PRESENCE, OR THE INTERNET. ALL SERVICES PERFORMED HEREUNDER ARE PERFORMED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY AGAINST FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FAILURE DUE TO COMPUTER HARDWARE OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. MAGSNET DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RELIANCE ON, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FORM COURSE OR DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE IN TRADE
